Sara Clark, an EYT 500-hour certified Vinyasa yoga and mindfulness teacher, has been teaching since 2010 and practicing for more than 17 years. She works with adults of all ages and capabilities in corporate offices, homes, schools, yoga studios, health clubs, and at wellness festivals including Wanderlust. She is known for her transformational programs that focus on unlocking one’s limitless potential while utilizing mindfulness tools that ease suffering and liberate the soul.
Sara is part of an elite group of Global Ambassadors for lululemon and has graced the cover of Yoga Journal and Prevention. She has collaborated with leaders in the wellness field creating online yoga and meditation content for SHAPE, YogaToday, YogaGlo, and Hearst Media. She has written articles that have been featured in Mantra Magazine, Vogue Arabia, Yoga Journal, Prevention, and New York Yoga + Life Magazine to name a few.
In becoming a certified yoga teacher, Sara received her 200-hour training at Yoga to the People in NYC, her 300-hour training at Kripalu, and her 150-hour Ayurveda holistic health coach certificate through Dr. Naina Marballi, Ayurvedacharya in NYC. Sara also has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Hampton University.
